Any stock items ordered before 2:30pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day.

Stock items ordered after 2:30pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the next working day. 

All our carriage charges include handling costs.

  • STANDARD DELIVERY (1-3 working days) NOT TRACKED = £3.75 Net

  • EXPRESS TRACKED NEXT WORKING DAY = £8.75 Net

We use a range of couriers to ship to Europe depending on country. Please note this will also now include Northern Ireland.

When you order has been despatched, the selected courier will email you with tracking details and estimated date of arrival. We are also able to track our shipments so please dont hesitate to contact us if you would like us track the shipment for you.

Shipping costs may vary due to country destination. This will be calculated for you at the checkout.

Also, please be aware that duties/taxes will need to be paid to the courier for customs clearance. If you are VAT registered business, you may be able to claim the VAT back.

We use a range of couriers to ship to countries outside of UK & Europe depending on country.

Collection from our premises

You can arrange collections from our premises in the West Midlands (providing goods are available from stock).

If you wish to use this option please select ‘Collection from our premises (free)’ option when checking out.

If you personally are collecting the goods, please ensure you have your order number to hand when collecting. If you prefer to send your own choice of courier in to collect, then please notify us as soon as possible which courier you are sending in, date of collection and any relevant shipping labels.

Our checkout will automatically select the appropriate delivery method once your country has been entered in the ‘Shipping Details’ section.
