Returns & Cancellations Policy

Cancellations:

If you wish you cancel your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once the order has completed & shipped.

However, there could be instances where it is not possible to cancel, as parts are deemed non-standard or those of a non-popular size. Therefore, in these cases, part or full cost may still be charged as it is highly unlikely that parts could be sold on to other customers.

Returns:

The returning of goods must be within 28 days after the date of the delivery note. In order for us to process a credit against the returned goods, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging so that they are suitable for resale. However, if packaging is damaged in any way, the credit may include a handling charge.

Within 2-5 working days of receiving the returned goods, a refund will be made back to either the card that was used for purchase or Paypal account. Please note a refund will be made for the goods only and not the carriage charge.
