Nitrile O-Rings

Caleb Components are distributors of high quality Nitrile O-Rings and Seals.

Nitrile O-Rings are also referred to as ‘NBR O-Rings’ and are the most commonly used O-Ring. This material is mainly supplied in Nitrile 70 and Nitrile 90 material.

This material offers good tensile strength and high resistance to abrasion. The temperature range is effective from -40°C to 120°C.

Nitrile O-rings are good for general purpose use, including applications where hydrocarbons are exposed, such as petrol, oil, water and hydraulic fluid.

Inconel Material

Inconel material is a highly ductile alloy which offers excellent properties particularly in the use of Disc Springs. Inconel can be used in very low or very high temperature applications and is anti-magnetic. Inconel also offers very good anti-corrosive properties. 

Inconel is a great option to use in environments such as subsea (offshore), chemical industries, and anywhere that high temperatures are required or in a cryogenic environment.

M2300 & M2400 Snap Rings

This post explains a little bit more about our M2300 and M2400 Snap Rings.

M2300 Internal Snap Rings, offer a smooth all round continuous form without the protrusion of Internal lugs, which could interfere with other parts within the application. These can be inserted / removed by simply using pliers and a flat screwdriver.

The same advantage as stated above for the Internal Snap Rings, also applies for M2400 External Snap Rings.

Both the above Snap Ring types are readily available in Carbon Spring Steel.
